Return & Refund Policy – Hallelujah Apparel

At Hallelujah Apparel, we value our customers and strive to provide high-quality products. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Defective or Incorrect Items (Eligible for Refund)

We offer refunds only for items that:

  • Arrive defective, damaged, or with manufacturing issues; or

  • Are incorrect due to an error made by our company.

If you received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos or videos showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Once the issue is confirmed, we will provide instructions for returning the item, and your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

2. Exchanges for Size

If you would like to exchange a product due to choosing the wrong size, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

However:

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs in cases of size exchange.

  • To help prevent sizing issues, we include a size chart on every product page. We strongly encourage customers to review this chart before placing an order.

3. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • Items with signs of wear, damage caused by the customer, or missing tags will not be accepted.

4. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Size-related issues (only exchange allowed)

  • Dislike of the item after purchase

  • Incorrect information provided by the customer at checkout

5. Processing Time

  • Refunds (for eligible cases only) will be processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Exchanges will be shipped once the original item is returned and approved.
